Some more tips:

• - Don’t leave the pin number at home.
• - To be sure it works, try to get money on credit card at the ATM at home, especially you have a new credit card.
• - In case of need maybe it works if you go inside: Previous to ATM you got money on credit card at the counter.
• - Use your credit card as debit card to save costs. (Previous to departure transfer money to the credit card. It is not possible at all credit card banks.)
